OVN Community Park
Our community Park is at 30415 Olympus, Bulverde, TX 78163. The first complete neighborhood park in Bulverde, we welcome you and your friends to enjoy it, especially in the spring with the hill country Bluebonnets in full bloom (rainfall permitting). Oak Village North Park operating hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. It is approximately 5 acres and has a 24 x 36 pavilion, restroom building, tennis court, basketball half court, baseball diamond, practice field and a walking trail.
Pavilion Rental
The pavilion may be reserved by residents for special events during park hours. The reservation fee is $50 for four hours with a refundable deposit of $100 (if left in clean acceptable condition, the deposit is returned). When there are no reservations, the pavilion is first come, first served for residents to use.

Baseball Diamond Rental
The baseball field may be reserved by residents during park hours. The fee is $75 for 1 day per week during the sports season. When there are no reservations, the baseball diamond is first come, first served for residents to use.
